All transactions are secure and encrypted. You can choose the method that works best for you:

Payment by Visa/MasterCard via Wayforpay — payment is made directly on the Wayforpay website; cards from both Ukrainian and international banks are accepted.

Prepayment for your order — the standard prepayment is 700 UAH. After payment, a manager will contact you to clarify all the order details.

We have ensured the process is as simple and straightforward as possible: just a few clicks, and your swimsuit is already in production.

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. We work quickly because we understand how important it is to receive your swimsuit on time. Once an order status changes to “Preparing for shipment,” it can no longer be modified. For all questions regarding orders, please message us on Instagram @sunandsea.brand.

Custom and promotional orders are non-refundable.

Our swimwear is made to order within 2–5 business days. After that, delivery via Nova Poshta takes place (usually 1–2 days). During holiday periods or peak season, lead times may increase, but we always announce this on Instagram. Current lead times are also indicated on each product page.

Yes, if the standard size chart doesn't fit, we can make a swimsuit according to your measurements. Such orders are processed individually via Instagram. A manager will clarify all details, help with your choice, and provide an estimate of the turnaround time. Custom orders take longer to produce, and the timeline is discussed on an individual basis. Such orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

We ship orders exclusively via Nova Poshta to a branch. Delivery usually takes one to two business days after dispatch. All parcels are handed over to a courier, so the shipping cost includes an additional courier fee. Please note: for cash on delivery, Nova Poshta charges a 2% commission. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track your parcel online. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.

Yes, and that is precisely where its magic lies.

The fabric contains thousands of micro-pores that allow a measured amount of sunlight to pass through, providing an SPF protection level between 15 and 50. This allows the skin to tan evenly, even under the swimsuit.

For the best effect, we recommend the Monica model. Two-piece models have a higher level of protection, so the tan passes through them less intensely.

Don't forget to apply SPF cream to the exposed areas of your body and tan in comfort.

All our swimsuits feature thoughtfully designed, vibrant, and detailed prints. That is why they are opaque, even in water or under the sun.

However, please note: some prints have solid-colored areas that may be slightly translucent. This applies, in particular, to the following prints:

- Emerald Onyx

- Blue Onyx

- Golden Onyx

- Black Onyx

- BlackWhite

- Savanna

We recommend using these prints primarily for bikini sets or beachwear.
